Selection: Traditional Recruitment Method

This is the traditional method of recruitment and predominately covers the junior end of any market.

This enables our consultants to compile candidate shortlists in response to all of your individual needs, complete with candidate interview feedback and suitability reports.

Upon you registering a vacancy with us, we will initiate a search of our database, encompassing the specific requirements you have laid down to us. From this search, a selection of short listed candidates will be produced and presented to you, working to a pre-agreed timescale.

Upon you selecting and offering the most suitable applicant, a resulting fee is charged at a pre agreed percentage of the candidate's first year's salary after they start with your company.
