Toby Richardson Branch Manager

Toby has extensive commercial office experience and prior to becoming Branch Manager was a successful Permanent Consultant. His job is to make sure the team are happy and have everything they need in order to find candidates work with local employers. Toby graduated in 1996 with an MA in Criminology, which he studied for fun rather than to use in a job. In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar, watching films, reading, cooking, eating out and wasting money on cars.

Andy Rowlatt MREC Senior Recruitment Consultant

Andy has been a key member of the Secondsite Team since 2001. As an original member of our Industrial & Driving Division, Andy has been instrumental in its growth and success. He’s a Senior Consultant with over six years recruitment experience coupled with the MREC Qualification. A key strength is his client management and communication, which is vital for the service levels of Secondsite’s larger clients. Andy is very sociable, enjoys most sports, music, spending time with his family and he has a keen interest in I.T. & technology, particularly Pro Evolution Soccer 5 on the Playstation 2.

Graham Cole Industrial & Driving Recruitment Consultant

Graham works with Andy on the Industrial & Driving desk in our busy Oxford office. He joined Secondsite in 2004 and has had a vital role in the development of the Industrial Division. Graham is a keen footballer who plays for Abingdon United and when not doing this he enjoys spending time with friends and his son Tyler, going to the cinema, listening to R ‘n’ B and hip hop and strutting his stuff on the dance floor.

Serena Bradley MREC Senior Recruitment Consultant

Serena runs our Commercial Temporary Desk. She joined Secondsite in 1999 and has a proactive, professional attitude with a commitment to the requirements of our candidates and clients. Serena has a good knowledge of the local market and always strives to build long term business relationships. In addition to this she holds the MREC and CPP qualifications and is currently studying towards a degree in Recruitment Practice. Serena enjoys spending free time with family and friends, shopping, reading ‘chick lit’ and she loves the colour pink and spending time with her Jack Russell, Stella.

Jeremy Barker Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Jeremy joined the company in the middle of June 2007, after finishing 2 years of travelling in South East Asia. He previously worked in telecoms corporate sales and recruitment, having managed accounts from Formula 1 and ITV to SME clients in Oxfordshire. Jeremy is now focussing his account management skills on the permanent side of recruitment for Secondsite. Outside of work, he likes to relax with friends.
