Established in 1992 this family firm is still managed and run by its founder, with the same emphasis placed on building and managing the relationships between our clients and Secondsite as it did at its conception.

Initially Secondsite was formed with the focus on supplying professional teams to the construction industry from our Wallingford office. Over the past ten years Secondsite has evolved into a multi-sited, multi-sector specialist consultancy that delivers both temporary and permanent solutions to the recruitment needs for our clients.

Reacting and realising we had to evolve to meet our clients changing requirements we listened to the growing call for quality staffing solutions in other sectors of our clients businesses. Through a process of targeted internal recruitment, specialist staff with proven track records in niche markets were bought on board to establish and grow the company into the multi-disciplined consultancy that operates today.
